The commercial assignments run the gamut from shopping centers, athletic facilities, office and industrial buildings, subdivisions (single family/duplex/condominium), restaurants, golf courses, hotels/motels, medical facilities, gas stations, mixed use properties, churches, mobile home parks, and unimproved land. The residential assignments include single family dwellings, two to four family multi-families, small apartment buildings, mixed use properties, condominiums, and residential house lots. Expert Testimony

Our staff provides a variety of litigation support services, including expert testimony. Both partners have been qualified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy Court, Worcester Superior Court, and the Appellate Tax Board.

Litigation Support

Many of our attorney clients retain us as consultants. As consultants, we often assist with trial strategy, help develop direct testimony or cross-examination questions for the testifying experts, and address unexpected issues that arise during litigation.
